5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and truthful information for processing applications.

Providing false or misleading information can result in visa refusals or cancellations for which Hello Student Consultants (Private) Limited will not be responsible.

6. Liability
Hello Student Consultants (Private) Limited will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from decisions or actions taken by universities, visa offices, or government bodies.

We do not guarantee any specific results, approvals, or visa issuance.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials provided by Hello Student Consultants (Private) Limited are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
